Return policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase!

However, if you wish to return your order for an exchange, store credit, or refund, please note that you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. All returned items must be unused, undamaged, in the exact condition in which they arrived and must be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange, store credit or refund.

Returning and refunding a product is possible if:

  • A customer received the wrong item due to our mistake.
  • A customer received a defective item (each case is considered individually, after technical analysis).
  • A customer received an item in a different color due to our mistake.

The customer must inform us of the problems mentioned above and provide photos as confirmation within seven days of receiving the product.

If Dominatrixxx agrees that an item is defective/wrong, we will offer store credit or refund of this product.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any items found marked with lipstick, deodorant or makeup.
    Items returned to us smell like perfume, tobacco or body odor.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Products of an intimate nature, such as: prosthetics and lingerie.
  • A customer regretted the purchase made – in this case, the deadline is 7 days after receiving the product, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

NOTE: We do not accept complaints about missing products more than 24 hours after receipt.

Due to the intimate nature of some products and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, we are unable to accept returns on any item designed to come into contact with genitals or bodily fluids. Once these types of items leave our factory they are considered used and unsalable. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product.

Be sure to inspect your items upon receipt!

NOTE: If a customer has ordered two or more products, we ONLY offer refunds for one defective/wrong item.

  • How long does it take to process my return?

Your return will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days after receiving the item.

  • How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. In the event that an item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you.

If the returned items do not conform to the above specifications, we will be forced to reject your order and ask you to pay the shipping costs to return the package to you.
